I teamed up with my buddy Joe Vaccarino to pitch a show package for the Epix original series about the Amityville Horror from the 1970s. I proposed a Grindhouse cinematic style that mashed up sensational headlines from newspapers and grim police autopsy reports with haunting photography and eerie footage. While most of my portfolio doesn’t scream it, true crime and horror are my not-so-guilty pleasures. I've always been morbidly fascinated by the Amityville case involving Ronald DeFeo Jr., the mystery behind the gruesome murders, and the spooky shenanigans that supposedly haunted the house afterward.
