Beacon Capital Partners is a private real estate investment firm that operates in 14 markets, managing $14 billion in investment assets and a portfolio spanning more than 29 million square feet. I partnered with BCP to illustrate over 50 different properties for their website and marketing needs.

The project is ongoing as I continue to illustrate locations to meet their expanding needs. Each building is an isometric rendering with near-pinpoint accuracy, often simplified slightly for stylistic and functional purposes. I have also illustrated numerous campus layouts for some of their larger properties.
